Qué recopilamos

Waitlist sign-up

When you submit your email to the waitlist, we store: your email address, the page you signed up from, and the timestamp. This is stored at Brevo (EU servers) and used only to email you product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any email.

Reservas

When you pre-order a Snubblz Dock, we collect: name, email, shipping address, and payment information. Payment is processed by Mollie (EU). We never see or store your card details. We retain order data for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.

Analítica

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. Both anonymize IP addresses by default. Clarity captures session recordings - we use them to debug the site, never to identify individuals. You can opt out via your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting or by blocking these scripts.

Lo que NO recopilamos

• Health data of any kind.
• Location data beyond country-level (from analytics).
• Data from the physical Snubblz Dock device. The device tracks your streak locally and sends only anonymous status to our MQTT server (no personal identifiers).

Cookies

We use the minimum cookies necessary for the site to function (session cookie for cart), plus analytics cookies (GA4, Clarity) which you can decline. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email info@snubblz.com with the subject “GDPR request” and we will respond within 30 days.

Data processors we share information with:

• Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) - email/waitlist (EU).
• Mollie - payment processing (EU).
• Hetzner - web hosting (Germany).
• Google - analytics (US, under EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
• Microsoft - Clarity analytics (US, same framework).
