Co zbieramy

Waitlist sign-up

When you submit your email to the waitlist, we store: your email address, the page you signed up from, and the timestamp. This is stored at Brevo (EU servers) and used only to email you product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any email.

Przedsprzedaż

When you pre-order a Snubblz Dock, we collect: name, email, shipping address, and payment information. Payment is processed by Mollie (EU). We never see or store your card details. We retain order data for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.

Sleep type quiz

The quiz at snubblz.com/quiz works without an account. Your answers are processed anonymously to calculate your sleep type. If you choose to enter your email address to unlock your full result, we store that address at Brevo (EU) and add you to the same product-updates list as the waitlist. Entering your email never creates a payment obligation; it only unlocks your result on the page and subscribes you to release updates. Unsubscribe at any time via the footer of any email.

Dock and app (from launch)

When your dock ships and you connect the companion app, we sync the data needed to grow your companion: session timestamps and phone-down duration, linked to your account on our EU-hosted server (Hetzner, Germany). No screen content, no app usage, no health data. This routine data is never sold and is deleted on request together with your account.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. Both anonymize IP addresses by default. Clarity captures session recordings - we use them to debug the site, never to identify individuals. You can opt out via your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting or by blocking these scripts.

• Health data of any kind.
• Location data beyond country-level (from analytics).
• Advertising profiles; we never sell or share your data for marketing.

Pliki cookies

We use the minimum cookies necessary for the site to function (session cookie for cart), plus analytics cookies (GA4, Clarity) which you can decline. For ad measurement we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel; you can decline marketing cookies via the cookie settings.

Twoje prawa wynikające z RODO

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email info@snubblz.com with the subject “GDPR request” and we will respond within 30 days.

Data processors we share information with:

• Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) - email/waitlist (EU).
• Mollie - payment processing (EU).
• Hetzner - web hosting (Germany).
• Google - analytics (US, under EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
• Microsoft - Clarity analytics (US, same framework).
